Responsibilities
• Oversee and continuously review public engagement process to ensure smooth implementation of water projects carried out by PUB
• Responsible for developing and driving communication strategies to engage public and stakeholders and get their buy-in of our water projects
• Develop and execute customer focus programmes, initiatives and activities
• Track, monitor, analyse feedback/suggestions and deal with the public and stakeholders to improve service
Requirements
• Good honours degrees in Engineering, Sciences, Business or other relevant disciplines
• Must be able to work independently and have effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, be proactive, analytical and has huge passion for communication
• Preferably has working experience in dealing with customers and stakeholders
