Responsibilities;
You will play a key role in providing professional advice on procurement matters for all NEA departments, and ensure that government and NEA procurement policy and guidelines are applied accordingly and standards of integrity and transparency are upheld throughout the organisation. In particular, you will work with a team of procurement officers to improve the current framework on contractors monitoring and performance assessment.
Requirements;
• Good degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in government procurement
• Have a good working and applied knowledge of Instruction Manual (Procurement) and GeBiz
• Possess an inquisitive mind and a belief in constant improvement
• Analytical and have good writing and presentation skills
• Exposure to data analytics
• Must be a good team player
