Responsibilities;
You will oversee and manage a team to track and analyse the outcomes of all content that is funded and/or mandated by MDA, in terms of quality and performance. Specifically, your responsibilities include performing comparative assessments of appropriate benchmarks, preparing regular reports to internal and external stakeholders, establishing assessment parameters for tracking, and engaging relevant industry practitioners on content assessment.
Requirements;
You would have a good degree in Business Administration, Economics or Mass Communications, with 8 to 12 years of relevant working experience. You should also possess good leadership, management and analytical skills, self-motivated and be able to work independently on your own, and as a team player when required. Good working knowledge and experience in the media industry would be advantageous.
