Responsibilities
To project manage related central projects within budget,schedule and quality objectives
Project manage vendors and infocomm contracts by ensuring  contractual obligations are met and projects are successfully delivered by vendors
To conduct presentations to stakeholders on technical
services project matters (e.g. Project Status Updates, Project Deliverable presentations)
Work closely with service provider, architecture, infrastructure and operations team to ensure the delivery of services to
Government Agencies
Contribute as technical subject matter expert supporting workplace solution deployment and operations in Government Agencies
Conduct and/or support the review of policies and standards for service-wide operations and services in government
Maintain up to date project documentation and ensuring compliance to these standards
Escalate project road blocks/service interruptions to higher management

Qualifications;
Degree Holder in any IT discipline
Experience;
At least 5 years working experience in infrastructure  or technical services projects rollout with 2-3 yrs of project mgmt experiences
Preferably have experience in managing technical services projects to a pool of at least 500 users and with relevant experiences in the
following:
Manage Desktop and Service Desk Operations in accordance with IT Service Management (e.g. Incident Monitoring & resolution, providing VIP support to senior managers and ensure all incidents are managed, and structural escalation procedures are in place
New software deployment (e.g. platform upgrade from WinXP to Windows 7, upgrade from Office2003 to Office 2010, changing Remote Access solution)
Email platform support and migration (e.g. MS
Exchange/Outlook and end-user version upgrade deployment from earlier version to a later version)
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good interpersonal, writing, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
