The Senior Manager (Strategic Planning & Research) will assist in the formulation and review of Outward Bound Singapore’s (OBS) corporate policies, and lead in designing and analyzing OBS research projects. This position will require the incumbent to have a good track record in research design and application of statistical research in refining the impact and effectiveness of training programmes and corporate marketing plans.
Requirements:
• Minimum General Degree, preferably with Honours in Business Management/Science/Research or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant working experience with good statistics & research background
• Bilingual in English and a second language.
• Proficiency in using office software including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills including written, oral and presentation skills
• Outdoor knowledge will be an advantage
• Able to work independently
