CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

Fire System Contract Management

To supervise the contractor for the provision of service and maintenance at SSC facilities and complexes.
Check and verify their work completion.
Verify and inspect work in accordance and endorse on the service reports.
To conduct regular inspection on the SSC facilities and complexes and ensure that they comply with the Fire Safety standard and requirements specified in the tender specification

Security Contract Management

To supervise the security contract for the provision of security guards at Float @ Marina and other SSC facilities where ad-hoc services are required.
To check on the daily agency guards deployment and their duties to ensure that they comply with the standard duty requirements specified in the tender specification
To supervise the contractor for the provision of service and maintenance at SSC facilities and complexes
To raise quotation approvals in accordance with procurement requirements
Check, verify and inspect before approving for payment for any repair work done
Witness all service and ad-hoc repair maintenance works in accordance with contract requirements or arrange competent person to witness such service maintenance.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT
