The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who will take personal responsibility for the success of new and existing clients’ PPC campaigns and make them his or her own. In this position, the Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all tasks related to client’s PPC campaigns including keyword research, conversions rates, bidding strategy, landing page optimization, call to action, ad copy and campaign management.


The Performance Marketing Specialist is required to participate in all aspects of the client’s paid search campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. The Performance Marketing Specialist is also responsible for day to day progress of clients’ PPC campaigns and ensuring timely completion and success of related tasks.

Responsibilities:


• Keyword research, creating of ad copy, conversions rates, bidding, call to action and

 campaign management

• Assist with timely planning and execution of PPC campaign

• Analyze keyword costs, split testing, landing pages, cost per conversion and inform management of client opportunities, potential risks, and other key issues

• Data analysis and tracking via Google Tag Manager and Analytics

• Generate monthly reports with data-driven recommendations

• Properly link Ads with Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics

• Clear communication on PPC best practices to team members and guide them on how to apply to our client campaigns

• Proactively contribute to account strategy and provide recommendations to meet clients’ goals

• Minimum 2-year Google Ads experience OR 1-year experience in a digital marketing agency environment

-Ability to understand corporate policies, procedures and internal controls and application of the same day-to-day work to ensure compliance
-Good interpersonal skills, communications, a team player are essential.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Title:Marketing Director.
Key job tasks of marketing director job description;
1. Conceptualizing and Developing Marketing Plans
-Design, implement, and facilitate annual and quarterly marketing plans for the firm.
-Support and facilitate development and implementation of business/marketing plans.
-Translating business unit objectives and strategies to develop brand portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate business unit growth.
-Develop marketing strategies, based on knowledge of establishment policy, nature of market, copyright and royalty requirements, and cost/ markup factors
2. Marketing budget and manage marketing suppliers
-Plan and administer the firm’s Marketing Operations budget;
-Support the development of regional marketing budgets.
-Negotiate with media agents to secure agreements for translation of materials into other media.

-Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies
3. Manage Digital Marketing
-Manage and increase Elephanti presence in social networking sites including, but not limited, to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
-Coordinate with management to implement diversified social media campaigns.
-Manage a Blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about Elephanti.
-Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
-Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities (“Marketing R&D”)
-Strategize with and educate the management team and others across the company on incorporating relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company’s products and services
-Measure the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts by setting KPIs, term budgets and results
4. Oversee business development activities
-Efforts through Business Development Coordinator and or other Sales & Marketing Personnel
-Assist attorneys in strategic planning for client presentations, I.e. events, associations etc.
-Coaching for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc.
-Work with regional offices on designing and implementing prospecting and client contact systems.

6. Develop and administer marketing database:
-Includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc.
8. Manage marketing department:
-Ensure the integration of the business unit marketing function within that of the greater group, and ensure that the business unit optimizes its use of shared and support services.
-Assist the business unit to meet its objectives, live the values and culture and to practice company policies.
Job specification of marketing director:
-BS/BA in Marketing or in a related field
-Minimum 8 years marketing experience at a small to medium-size professional services organization.
-2 years experience at director level or 5 years experience as a senior marketing manager.
-Experience with new media and Internet advertising.
-Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage projects from inception through to execution.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
