Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG) provides services for the rehabilitation of juvenile delinquents, the protection and welfare of child and families. Responsibilities;
As a Staff Officer in Programme Branch, you will be required to provide administrative support such as collation of reports and data for the management. and secretariat support, correspondence and co-ordination of meetings and workgroups.You will also be required to develop and draft concept papers for submission. You are expected to manage financial resources and procurement of goods and services, monitor compliance in the procurement process and manage storage, inventory and delivery of collaterals. You will also need to provide human resource administration support at branch level and assist in corporate planning to achieve operational efficiency.
Requirements;
A good Degree in any discipline, preferably Social Sciences. Experience in Finance or Business Administration and a good knowledge of the Government procurement rules and process will be an added advantage. You should possess a strong command of spoken and written English as well as good with numbers. You must be organised, systematic and meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, you should also be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
