Responsibilities
You will supervise the HR Services Team which handles a full spectrum of HR activities and processes, which cover staff recruitment and deployment, staff counseling and discipline, welfare and wellness etc. You will also help to drive HR initiatives and work closely with the Schools and Departments on all HR-related matters. As a Manager, you are expected to develop and mentor a team of dedicated HR staff.
Requirements;
1. A good degree, preferable in Human Resource Management
2. At least 8 years of HR working experience in public and private sectors, including 5 years in HR management
3. A passion for HR work. Strong interpersonal skills and positive work attitude
4. Self-motivated, meticulous, organized, resourceful and able to work independently and under pressure
5. IT savvy and experience with PeopleSoft HR system will be an advantage
(A less experienced candidate may be considered for the position of Human Resource Officer)
