Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively IPOS' programmes and initiatives to key stakeholders.
2. Involve in the full spectrum of communications work, such as pitching media stories, facilitating media interviews, crafting speeches, press releases and media replies to local and foreign media.
3. Maintain high standards in IPOS' public communications channels, including annual report, corporate website, corporate brochures, corporate video, as well as social media platforms.
4. Involve in providing communications and publicity advisory to IPOS' senior management and departments to enhance IPOS' branding.
Requirements
1. A good honours degree, preferably in Mass Communications or Marketing Communications;
2. 2-3 years' working experience in the area of Corporate Communications, Public and Media Relations Journalism or Marketing Communications;
3. Excellent proficiency in English and a second language;
4. Demonstrate high drive and confidence, adaptability, strategic thinking and a team player;
5. Possess excellent written and oral communication as well as interpersonal skills;
6. Possess good project-handling and multi-tasking capability;
7. Experience in Events Management is an advantage.
