Responsibilities
You will lead a team of valuers and guide them in providing advice to our business units on project feasibility studies, including market practices and assessment on financial returns. You will provide and advise on in-house real estate valuation to provide a fair assessment of JTC’s assets which include industrial land, customised or specialised buildings/structures, airport & seaport related facilities. You will foster good working relationship with valuers and real estate practitioners to gather market intelligence. You will also provide valuation inputs in policy formulation to help achieve a stable and sustainable industrial property market. In addition, you will be also be expected to implement systems and process enhancements.
Requirements
An honours degree in Estate Management, Real Estate or equivalent with at least 12 to 15 years of relevant working experience. Candidate should preferably be a licensed appraiser.
