Responsibilities
You will be responsible for management of MOH’s budget and finances, in accordance with statutory requirements, industry best practices and civil service wide initiatives. This will include overseeing the allocation of the healthcare budget of almost $5 billion, the financial and accounting systems in MOH HQ, and implementing and enhancing frameworks and systems, to ensure financial prudence and optimal use of resources in support of MOH’s key priorities.
Requirements
• Good university degree
• Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in finance related areas/industry
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Good writing and strong communication skills
• Meticulous and responsible
• Able to multi-task, work independently in a fast paced environment
