Responsibilities:
You will be reporting to Regional Director on the project status. You will also need to provide technical audit pre-sales and post-sales support on the Professional Security Services. You are required to prepare technical proposals and conduct presentations and discussions. Post-sales activities include but are not limited to audit and technical security assessment.
Involve in the audit of IT-wide functions & processes & their underlying IT systems in a multi platform environment.

With the following assessment experiences:

Network security technologies
Security reviews & security policy audit
Framework and administration
Database security
Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
Able to perform IT audit in various IT systems based on the following security standards:

ISO27001
Basel II
SOX
IM8
Able to update and maintain audit risk matrices, including audit work papers for each audit engagement.

Requirements:
Degree in IT or computer-related field
Minimum 5 years of security exposure (preferably in a service-provider/vendor company) is required for this Senior Security Consultant position.
Exposure to LAN / WAN protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, RIP) is a must. Knowledge of other security protocols (e.g. Kerberos, IPSec) will be an advantage.
CISSP, CISA or CISM certified candidates are preferred
ISO27001 LA certification is a MUST.
Good communication skills – both oral and written.

Responsibilities

Requirements
You should have a Degree with 3 to 8 years' experience in managing projects, and preferably at least 3 years in managerial appointments. You should preferably have experience in large-scale organisational change effort and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, as well as be able to work effectively with all levels in an organisation. Responsibilities:
As part of Shared Services, e-Government Group (GCIO Wing), the candidate will be involved in the programme management of the current whole of government (WOG) hosting and common services platform; as well as the conceptualization, planning and migration of this hosting and common services to new platforms as follows:

Provide technical knowledge and perspective to manage the provision of WOG hosting and common services platform

Ensure proper reviews of technical solutions, enhancements, support for annual audits and address customer technical queries on the hosting and common services platform

Manage and carry out all necessary conceptualisation and planning to define the scope and approach for the migration of hosting and common services platform to new platforms such as the Government Cloud

Manage and carry out all necessary procurement and implementation activities including definition of functional requirements, performance requirements, preparation of tender specifications and tender procurement activities

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent

Understanding and, preferably, experience in middleware architecture
