Job Title:Vice President of Human Resources(Singapore)
Reporting Structure:
Supervisor(s): SVP, Group HR
Responsibilities:
-Oversee the day to day running of the HR department
-Develop Human Resource Management strategies to contribute to the achievement of business objectives by analyzing and reviewing trend and issues in HRM
-Ensure effective employee relations programs and activities implemented in line with labor relations guidelines
-Play an advisory role on all human capital matters
-Design mid and long term HR strategies and provide practical medium term solutions to meet business goals
-Responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of all of the following human resource functions such as manpower, recruitment & selection, budgeting, payroll, performance management as well as training and career development
-Supervise, train and develop the HR team
-Develop and implement company-wide human resource strategies and initiatives to achieve higher employee satisfaction, retention and development of talent
Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (5 years in managerial level)
-Degree in Human Resource Management
-Good knowledge in employment laws
-Effective leadership skills to manage several projects simultaneously and ensure the team meet deadlines including global initiatives
