Job Description & Duties:
Responsibilities:
Minimally 4 years experience in a Network Managed services environment. Experience in Cisco and HP network equipment. Perform configuration, IOS upgrades and staging. Experience in troubleshooting network issues and resolving the problem according to SLA. Experience in Cisco ONS and Cisco ACE is a plus. On rotational standby duty. Strong command of written and spoken English.
