Job Title:Customer Service Officers (General Insurance)
Responsibilities;
-Responsible for attending inbound calls on products and services via telephone
-Attend to walk-in customers both external and internal
-Ensure a thorough follow-up of customers' service request and query
-Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints within stipulated turnaround time
-Ensure compliance with business policies and procedures
Requirements;
-Minimum GCE O levels / Diploma holders
-Fresh graduates with keen interest in a customer service function
-Candidates who possess CGI, BCP, PGI will be preferred
-Applicants who are keen in frontline counter/ call centre customer service function are encouraged to apply
-Team player with positive and enthusiastic attitude
-Customer-focused with ability to work under pressure and perform with minimal supervision
