Job Title:Senior System Engineer (Enterprise Server)

Education/Experience;

*Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
*At least 6 years’ IT experience with 4 years relevant server implementation and maintenance support experience

Job Description;

*Responsible for UNIX server implementation and maintenance support
*Responsible to implement and support Oracle/Sun Enterprise (M-Series) Server Solutions
*Review and validate server designs to ensure that can be implemented successfully
*Act as technical lead for project implementation by managing and coordinating services delivered by external partners
*Perform installation, configuration, customization and managing of Oracle/Sun M-Series Servers
*Implement Large Scale Enterprise Server Solutions using Oracle/Sun M-Series Servers
*Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge in Oracle/Sun M-Series Servers and Solaris Operating System
*Provide post-sales support for problem escalation after office hours
*Knowledge of SAN Storage, NAS & Backup & Recovery, VmWare, Veritas Storage Foundation

Skills Set;

*In-depth operating system knowledge such as Solaris 10, 11 or AIX
*Good team worker who can also carry out assignments independently
*Good coaching and mentoring skills
