Admin & Shipping Document Clerk Vacancy at Double Dragon International Pte Ltd in Singapore

Job Title:Admin & Shipping Document Clerk

Responsibilities:

*Preparing Shipping Document such as invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, BL & etc
A*pply LC application
*To match sales order to purchase order , generating order confirmation & P/O
*Purchase Marine cargo insurance
*Email communication with buyers, suppliers & forwarder
*Negotiating freight , booking shipment space, coordinate shipping arrangement with forwarder
*Coordinate order in progress
*Ad hoc jobs

Requirements:

*At least 3 years experience in FULL SET of Export Document such as: Invoice, Packing List, CO, Beneficiary Certificate, etc.
*Has experience on TRADING FOR IMPORT & EXPORT FIRM
*Have Knowledge on LC term
*Willing to do Ad-hoc Job assignment
*Willing to learn, Initiative personality
*Able to write and converse in English & most effectively in Mandarin (Company liaison with China Suppliers)
* Applicants should be Singapore citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* 5 working days a week (9:00am - 6:30pm)
* Office location : Bukit Merah Central
