Job Description & Duties:Sales Engineer (To be based in Singapore)

Role:

•Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for promoting and/or selling of electronic components products.
•Organizes and conducts presentations to potential and existing customers.
•Attends to sales enquiries and generation of quotations.
•Prepares sales reports and attends to after-sales servicing.
•Explores business opportunities and expands market share.

Requirements:

•Min 3 years experience in component sales
•Min Diploma in Electronics / Technical Engineering
•Good knowledge in electronic component products market
•Possess excellent presentation skills
•Must have good communication & interpersonal skills
•Self-motivated and resourceful with strong demonstrated leadership qualities
•Capable of performing in a high paced environment
•Must possess own car

Responsibilities:

•Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
•Build and enhance relationships with customers.
•Provide pre and post-sales technical advice.
•Analyze customer’s requirements in co-operation with engineering team and provide solutions.
•Meet sales targets and performance objectives.
•To prepare and submit sales Quotation / Technical Offer and follow up with customer.

Requirements:

•Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
•Min. 2 – 3 years of sales experience in the manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical engineering service industries. Technical knowledge capability will be an added advantage.
•Self driven and disciplined to work under minimal supervision.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player.
•Must possess a Class 3 driving license with own transport.
•Expected to travel within the region.
