Job Description & Duties:

Education/Experience:

*Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
*Fresh graduate may apply though 2 - 3 years’ related working experience is preferred

Job Description:

*System installation, configuration and administration on Multiple Operating System platforms (e.g. Solaris, VMware ESX)
*Provide incident and problem management for post-sales support
*Coordinate system development tasks to include design, implementation, integration and formal testing
*Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution
*Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolution
*Stand-by support is required

Skills Set;

*Good operating system knowledge such as Solaris 10 or 11, and VMware ESX 4 or 5 Technology background and skills in System Management Solutions and Backup Software (e.g. Symantec Netbackup)
*Working knowledge of Server Architecture (e.g. Intel, SPARC, P Series (IBM))
*Working knowledge of Storage Technology (SAN and NAS) from EMC, HDS, IBM, and Oracle
*Working knowledge of Network Technology (Switching and Routing)
*Good team worker who can also carry out assignments independently
