Client Support Executive/ Manager Careers at HKM in Singapore

JOB tITLE:Client Support Executive/ Manager (Logistic, Supply Chain, Order Mgnt)

Responsibilities;

Client Support Executive

*Interacts with clients on their orders and requests
*Work closely with all functional departments so as to provide a one stop solution for customers
*Advise customer on delivery schedule/inventory availability
*Identify and communicate potentials problems that could impact internal and service level to customers
*Manage inventory turns and monitor / forecast stock level accurately and liability borne by customer
*Preparation of reports for Business Review
*Review and evaluate existing pricing structure/model to ensure that they are kept within the profitable margins

Client Support Manager

*Investigates Billing or delivery issues received from clients or that are developed internally
*Disseminates all necessary program specifications to appropriate internal departments
*Supports order management activities such as order backlog management, expediting, reconciling orders, and new part setup
*Supports quarterly business review preparation by gathering data and preparing presentations with direction from supervisor
*Participates in forecasting, project management, and continuous improvement activities based upon internal team and customer needs
*May perform one or more of these activities:  compile, review, and reconcile billing

Requirements;

*Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience in customer services in related field
*Good communication and customer relationship skills
*Experience in SAP; Supply Chain; Logistics and manufacturing preferred
*Proficient in Microsoft Application
*Good analytical mind and planning skills
*Ability to converse in Mandarin as customers are from China, Hong Kong
