Job Description & Duties:

Job description:

•Ensure the delivery of services to customer are met or exceeded as per contract.
•Ensure SLA and all contractual obligations are met.
•Point of contact to customer for escalations and account operation matters.
•Manage end to end delivery of services, including engineer resource management and vendor management.
•Participate in tender related submissions and clarifications.
•Manage cost of delivery of all assigned accounts/ projects.
•Chair quarterly operation review meetings with customer and attend weekly/ monthly operation meetings.
•Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
•Experience in implementing or working in an ITIL operation framework environment.
•Project management skills a plus.

Requirements:

•At least 5 years experience in people management in a managed services environment.
•Proven track record of customer centric and Service Level Management experience.
•ITIL foundation certification mandatory.
•Project management professional certification a plus.
•Experience in delivery of Network centric managed services a plus.
