Job Title: HR Coordinators/ Recruitment Specialists
Due to expansion, we are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates to join us as HR Coordinators! The successful applicants can look forward to on-the-job training in terms of recruitment, customer behavioral observation & study through business visits to client locations, field work study and presentation skills enhancement.
Responsibilities:
-Consultation and management of Job Seekers.
-Work closely with internal colleagues to understand their client's business needs and provide effective solutions and advice on sourcing the right talent.
-Providing consultancy to job seekers regarding market trend, salary benchmarking, & other Staffing & Recruitment related issues
-Screen, evaluate and conduct interviews to shortlist potential candidates to match the clients’ requirements.

Requirements:
-A recognized degree in any discipline
-Fresh graduates and Students are welcome to apply for entry-level positions
-Strong record in sports or other co-curricular/extra-curricular activities, and/or leadership roles in educational institutions preferred
-Creative, self-motivated, high perseverance and energy
-Excellent inter-personal & communication skills, with strong influencing ability
