Job Title:Accounts Executive (Automotive/ West/ Up to $3500)-(Singapore)
Responsibilities;
*Handle full set of accounts and monthly closing of accounts
*Reconciliation of accounts
*In charge of fixed assets
*Able to do GST Submission
*In charge / Supervise of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
*Assisting Finance Manager to provide explanation for variance analysis between actual, forecast and budget figures
*Assist in preparing forecast and budget figures
*Prepare audit schedules and final draft financial statements for audit
*Treasury duties like banking and forex forward placement and update weekly cash flow forecast
*Able to prepare and assist in cyclical stock counts
*Able to review simple taxation computation
*Able to supervise assistants
*Able to use Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and Autoline
*Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements;
*Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
*At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
*Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
*Full-Time position(s) available
