Job Description
Requirements:
-English/ IELTS Instructors
-Graduates with Excellent English communication skill.
-Candidates must have at least 2-3 yrs. of coaching experience related to English/IELTS
-Familiar with IELTS syllabus
-Candidates who have scored a band of 8 and above will be highly considered.
-French Instructors
-Level in French should be B1/B2 completed or advanced diploma
-Fluent in French both written and Spoken with at least 2-3 years of French teaching experience.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct English/IELTS/French lessons effectively
-Marking and assessing students assignments and tests on time
-Responsible for the overall performance and improvement of each student.
-Conduct Soft Skill Sessions aimed at providing importance and awareness of body language and corporate etiquette.
-Initiate students in Group Discussions,
-Coach students in effective Presentations and Interview skills.
-Track weekly performance student wise and design improvement plans.
