Puchasing Assistant Vacancies at HKM in Singapore

Job Title:Puchasing Assistant / Jurong / Salary UP TO S$2,500

Responsibilities;

*Check the inventory status before processing for purchase order
*Ability to contact via phone & email to local & overseas vendor for purchase order coordination.
*Process & follow up on delivery status of purchase order.
*Handles liasons with forwarder for shipment related arrangement for orders.
*Ensure all documentations are filed in an orderly manner.
*Processing monthly product planning.

Requirements;

*Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
*Required skill(s): MS Office.
*At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
*Applicants must be willing to work in Penjuru Lane.
*Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
*Able to commence work immediately.

Transportation provided at Jurong East MRT pick-up points.
