Job Description & Duties:

Responsibilities;

• Provide high quality presales technical consultation and develop cost effective, resilient, innovative and reliable Security solutions to win proposals and bids/ tender and achieve high customer satisfaction for the services rendered
• Understand customers’ networking and security requirements.
• Provide high quality security design and ensure that solutions proposed meet customers’ need
• Ensure that security solutions can be integrated into overall network of customer or proposal
• Able to conceptualize, present and articulate features and benefits to customers
• Able to apply consulting framework and methodologies to develop customers proposals with high quality
• Prepare win/loss analysis for proposals / bids / tenders submitted to facilitate continuous improvement of solutions designed.
• Keeps abreast of technological advancement in the industry in the area of Infrastructure security.
• Understand latest security threats & issues & their mitigating solutions.
• Able to articulate best security practices of large customer installed base.

Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/IT Security or 0related discipline.
• CISSP, CISA , CCNP Security certification or equivalent would be preferred
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience in IT Security industry and involved in Presales or Postsales of medium to large/complex Infrastructure security system.
• Familiar with major Security Products like Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, ISS, RSA, Mcafee, Bluecoat, Iron Port & etc
• Well-versed with Infrastructure Security technologies like Firewalls, VPN, Network & Host Intrusion Detections system, Security incident event management, 2 Factor Authentication, Proxy & Email Security Gateways.
• Ability to perform independently and handle liaison with customers, partners and account team.
• Good knowledge of consulting frameworks and methodologies
• Good fundamentals in the understanding of the inter-dependencies of the services (application, system & network)
• Knowledge of IPV6 and the related security implications.
