Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
·Manage building projects and A&A projects
·Lead and manage a project team including consultants and contractors, from inception to completion of projects
·Manage and co-ordinate pre-consultations and approvals with regulatory authorities
·Ensure time, cost and quality targets are fully met
Pre-requisites:
·Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Mechanical and Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
·Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience with a developer
·Experience in resolving design issues, site issues and construction planning
