Supply Chain Manager / Senior Manager Job Vacancy at peopleprofilers in Singapore

Job Title:APAC Supply Chain Manager / Senior Manager (Singapore/Tokyo/Pharma/US MNC)
(Singapore)

Responsibilities;

*Provide input to the APAC External Supply Operations Leader regarding manufacturing and supply plans (e.g. how much product should be made based on market demand, inventory levels etc and product costing model
*Collaborate with the US External Supply Operations leader to validate the CMO’s manufacturing capacity/capability to ensure long range demand can be met
*Execute the regional strategy and supply plans for the portfolio of animal health products with CM’s, as directed by the APAC External Supply Operations Leader to meet market demand for products
*Meet or exceed supply performance targets
*Execute plans for continuous improvement of CMO shop floor performance in the areas of product quality, environmental health and safety, compliance, customer service and product cost
*Responsible for managing the day to day relationship with the CMO’s assigned
*Track performance of the CMO’s against Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) established by leadership
*Review the status of deviations which affect product supply and communicate compliance issues to the APAC External Supply Operations Leader and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner
*Follow up with CMO’s to ensure compliance issues are effectively addressed
*Monitor compliance to contractual agreements for assigned contractors including vendor visits and site audits as needed
*Liaise with Global Quality Operations to assure product quality for products manufactured at assigned contractors
*Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to leadership to ensure issues are understood and necessary support can be obtained
*Work effectively with other functions to address issues and implement improvements and projects at CMO’s

Requirements;

*Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably in a scientific or engineering discipline
*Candidates with other qualifications with relevant experience are also eligible for the role
*Minimum 8 years in Pharmaceutical/Technical Operations, Pharmaceutical production Planning or Quality Operations
*Contract Manufacturing, Procurement and project management experience is also highly desirable
*Well developed interpersonal skills (leadership, integrity, team orientation, flexibility, creativity, experience in projects that require collaborative approaches, strong analytical skills, ability to understand business issues and processes, knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and regulatory requirements
