Responsibilities;
As part of the Financial Operations team, you will be responsible for the administration of financial matters both in HQ in our regional offices.

Your duties include but is not limited to the following:

- Assist in STB treasury monthly reporting, matching and monitoring of FX transaction transacted;
- Assist in the year-end audit schedules, auditors’ requests, checking of payment vouchers;
- Be involved in the implementation of new financial systems for STB Regional Offices;
- Process supplier invoices, advance payments, reimbursements and spilt payment requests;
- Assist in monthly financial closing of STB HQ and Regional Offices;
- Assist in billings& collections for STB Regional Offices; and
- Handle queries and requests from STB Regional Offices.

Requirements;
You should have a local polytechnic Diploma in Accounting with at least 2 years of working experience. You need to be well-versed in Microsoft Word and Excel and prior experience with SAP systems would be ideal.

You should be meticulous, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Aside from being a good team player you should also possess good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
