Responsibilities;
The Employment Act is Singapore’s main labour law. It specifies the basic terms and conditions of employment, and the rights and responsibilities of employees and employers. As a Senior Employment Inspector, you are required to work in a team to enforce the Employment Act when there is non-compliance. You are expected to audit and inspect workplaces, and investigate complaints on possible breaches of employment laws.

Requirements;
• Possess a good degree in any discipline
• At least two years of working experience
• Good communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, independent and able to work effectively with others in a team environment
• Have the passion for investigation work
• Familiarity with the Employment Act, relevant experience in human resource functions or frontline enforcement will be an advantage
