Responsibilities;
Uplifting low-wage workers, and ensuring that they too benefit from economic growth and do not fall behind, is a key priority of the Government. The Manager in the Low Wage Worker Unit will contribute to whole-of-Government efforts to improve incomes and employment conditions for this group of workers. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing targeted interventions that address the different challenges in selected low-wage jobs and sectors, and working closely with relevant stakeholders in the implementation of these interventions.
- Supporting the Tripartite Committee for Low Wage Workers and Inclusive Growth, and working with key partners such as the National Trades Union Congress, Singapore National Employers Federation, and other industry stakeholders.
- Implementing initiatives to better profile and understand low wage workers.

Requirements;
- Good degree
- Able to write clearly, concisely and logically
- Able to grasp and articulate complex issues
- Comfortable with handling and analysing quantitative data
- Good interpersonal skills
