The Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (SCORE) is a statutory board set up under the Ministry of Home Affairs and is a member of the Home Team. As part of Singapore's correctional system, SCORE enhances the employability of offenders and prepare them for the eventual reintegration back to the workforce. SCORE also aims to create a seamless throughcare environment to facilitate their transition from incarceration to community.
Gainful employment contributes to the lowering of recidivism rate. With a set of marketable skills, ex-offenders will have the ability to earn a living and support their families. Holding down a job also occupies their time in a meaningful way.
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in the management of existing employers registered with SCORE to provide continuous employment opportunities to ex-offenders and ensuring the needs of the employers are met. You will adhere closely to service delivery standards to ensure service quality. You will also maintain and update the job bank management system (JBMS) and the database of employers and job vacancies on job portal.
Requirements
• Recognised diploma in any discipline
• Relevant experience in office clerical and administrative support work and coordination
• Able to multi-task and possess good analytical and negotiation skills
• Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including minute writing skills
