Responsibilities;
To develop and implement developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based preschool curriculum for young children following the guidelines set forth in the MOE Kindergarten Framework and Curriculum Guide.

1. To develop and implement developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based preschool curriculum for young children following the guidelines set forth in the MOE Kindergarten Framework and Curriculum Guide.
2. To document and prepare progress reports on children’s development.
3. To identify, guide and counsel children with various learning difficulties.
4. To maintain regular and open communication with parents regarding children’s development.
5. To train and mentor TP students assigned to the laboratory school (kindergarten) and develop materials for teacher training.

Requirements;
1. At least a relevant diploma that is recognised by Pre-school Qualifications Accreditation Committee (PQAC) with relevant preschool teaching experience.
2. Strong commitment to high quality early childhood education.
3. Strong organisation, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
4. Value the opportunity and ability to conduct classroom action research.
5. Ability to use interactive digital media, conduct speech and drama, dance, music and/or art lessons to promote meaningful learning is preferred.
