We do this through our network of 1,800 grassroots organisations, five Community Development
Councils, the National Youth Council, National Community Leadership Institute, Outward Bound
Singapore and Water-Venture.
Responsibilities
You will provide administrative support to the Community Arts & Culture Division, and assist in the smooth operation of the Division.
You will support the Deputy Director and Assistant Directors to collate data, generate management reports, take phone calls and follow up on enquiries pertaining to arts and culture activities from Constituency Offices, artists, arts groups and members of the public.
You will type and despatch correspondences including letters, memos, notices and circulars to ensure timely dissemination of information to advisers, grassroots leaders, agencies and partners.
You will facilitate work efficiency by issuing the necessary office stationary and ensure that office equipment are in good working condition.
You will provide finance support by raising purchase orders, calling of quotations and tenders, managing project and revenue accounts and other financial matters.
You will manage the Division’s publicity archive, including collaterals and merchandise.
You may be required to work outside office hours to support the division during major projects.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘A’ level
2 years of working experience
Computer knowledge (Microsoft word and excel) and ability to type
Interested in arts and culture activities
