Responsibilities
You are required to provide excellent customer service at the Visitor Services Office and Desk at the Singapore Botanic Gardens. This includes, but is not limited to attending to feedbacks, processing applications /requests to use the Gardens, assisting in the coordination of events, corporate visits and conducting guided tours.
Requirements
• Min full GCE 'O' / 'A' levels or/and NITEC / Higher NITEC (Business) Certificate
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Excellent interpersonal skills and must enjoy working with people
• Caring, friendly and customer service oriented
• Able to perform simple administrative work
• A good team player
