Responsibilities;
You will assist in the development and implementation of a roadmap and component programmes to build Singapore into a Centre of Excellence for ATM.

You will administer the Centre of Excellence for ATM Programme Fund (CEPF) to promote and cultivate Singapore-based research and development activities including the establishment of ATM research institutions in collaboration with local and foreign partners.

Working with relevant national agencies and local institutes of higher learning, you will help to create opportunities and conditions that foster Singapore-based local-foreign partnerships for high quality study, research and development in ATM.

You will be responsible for conducting periodic reviews and analyses of the state of global, regional and local ATM developments that could influence the direction of CAAS’ ATM research and development funding strategy.

Requirements;
• Be a Singaporean
• Good honours degree preferably in Engineering with more than 3 years of project management experience
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and multi-task, and a good team player
• Excellent verbal, writing and analytical skills
