Responsibilities;
- Supervise managing agents’ work/performance and ensure policies and directives are complied with
- Evaluate proposals/action plans on management and maintenance of State properties submitted by managing agents
- Plan and optimize the use of State properties
- Consult and liaise with relevant agencies such as URA, LTA, etc on plans affecting properties managed by managing agents
- Check statements on revenue collected, expenses incurred, etc and remittance by managing agents

Requirements;
- Degree in any discipline with relevant experience in real estate industry
- Experience in supervision of managing agents, estate management and lease/tenancy administration matters would be favourably considered
- Analytical, meticulous, performance-driven, good administrative skills, excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Has initiative and able to work independently
