Temp Secretary Job Opportunity in Singapore


Job Title:Temp Secretary.
Responsibilities:
-Provide secretarial/ administrative support.
-Replying and forwarding of emails.
-Updating and maintain of proper filing system.
-Co-ordinates meeting schedules, appointments.
-Arrange travel arrangement such as booking of flights, hotel accommodation, etc.
-Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
-Relevant secretarial or administration experience.
-Good computer skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Responsible and Committed.
Duration : 3 weeks (cover current staff on long leaves).
Location : Seletar.
Working hours : 8am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday).
