Job Title: Sales Operations Executive-Nexwave Telecom.

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for order processing and sales administration.
-Liaison between Sales, Operations and Customers.
-Handle customer's change order, complaints, claims and delivery deviations.
-Preparation of quotation and processing sales orders and documents.
-Complete and maintain work procedures documentation .
-Prepare Monthly report.
-Assist on ad-hoc delivery.
-Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level or Diploma in any discipline.
-A team player, hardworking and positive attitude
-Proficient in MS Office
-MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge is essential
-Candidate must have good phone, written communication and presentation skills
-Minimum 1 year working experience in Sales Operations or relevant will be an added advantage
