Apac R AND D Compliance Director Job Vacancy in Singapore


Job Title: APAC R&D Compliance Director.
Our client is the Global Healthcare Giant with operations across 50 countries and products being distributed worldwide. They are currently seeking a R&D Healthcare Compliance Director to join their existing healthcare compliance team in Singapore. This is an exciting leadership opportunity seeking to play a pivotal role in Healthcare compliance with Asia Pacific region
Reporting to the Global R&D Healthcare Compliance Lead, you will be the key contact for the company's R&D compliance policies and procedures within Asia Pacific. You will be involved in identifying potential risk areas in within R&D compliance of the organisation and provide advisory on risk mitigation plans to Senior Management. You will be tasked to implement compliance programs and surveillance initiatives to govern the company's healthcare research efforts in specific research clusters within ASIA. You will also be leading investigation on any compliance gaps or non-compliance and implement corrective or disciplinary actions.
To be considered for the position, you should be in a senior management position with at least 10 years of experience in your belt. Ideally you will come from a R&D background, however, suitable candidates from Clinical, Legal or Finance focus will also be considered. You should have prior experience developing and implementing compliance programs in the companies you worked for. To be successful in this multifaceted role you need to utilize your influence to build strong across teams including Management, Corporate Audit, HR, Legal team and local authorities. This is a regional position and may require the candidates to travel on a regular basis.
