Sales Analyst Job Opportunity in Singapore


Job Title:Sales Analyst (TC).
Responsibilities:
-Monitoring and analysing the sales figures, compilation of the monthly report (from various department)
-Consolidate, review and analyse sales demand/forecast on a weekly basis.
-Analyse sales forecast, coordinate with sales, marketing and suppliers and prepare/consolidate monthly market forecast
-Work closely with the Sales/Marketing team on product information, promotional /pricing.
-Coordinate orders and delivery from customers.
-Maintain corporate customer database and service key corporate clients (to achieve Sales target)
-Manage outlet sales files and report.
-Manage efficient communication internally and externally.
Requirements:
-Diploma / Degree in Business Management or Logistics.
-2 -3  years relevant experience (preferably from MNC and fast paced environment).
-Must be organized, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
-Ability to prepare reports on a timely manner.
-Ability to understand corporate policies, procedures and internal controls and application of the same day-to-day work to ensure compliance
-Good interpersonal skills, communications, a team player are essential.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
-Experience with JDE would be useful.
 Others:
-Work 5-days work week (MNC).
-Central (Near River Valley Road).
-Shuttle bus from Orchard, City Hall, Tiong Bahru, Chinatown MRT.
