Engineering Assistant Careers in Singapore

Job Title:Engineering Assistant(Semiconductor).
Responsibilities:
-Perform failure analysis for products returned from the field within given timeline.
-Prepare the analysis report and follow through till closure of report.
-Work with cross functional team for support and/or drive improvements.
-Assist/setup and monitor Reliability test and assist/support data analysis.
Requirements:
-Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
-Experience in soldering
-Familiar with Electronic manufacturing, PCB manufacturing rework.
-Knowledge of using Laboratory Equipment such Oscilloscope, Spectrum, Analyzer, Power Supply
-Basic understanding of semiconductor device knowledge, IC assembly / package and test process
-Singaporean/ SPR need to apply.
