Responsibilities
Performing market research and providing market knowledge and advice to employers
Business development to expand the client base and meeting revenue objectives
Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals
Maintaining candidate networks
Providing resume, interview and career advice to candidates
Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles
Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages

Developing and managing ongoing client relationships
Requirements
Degree/ Diploma in relevant discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Aptitude for sales
Confidence with ambition and determination to succeed
Results orientated and target driven
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Problem solving and tenacity to cope well under pressure
Ability to handle multiple priorities
