Requirements
Degree or Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant HR experience
Strong knowledge Singapore employment-related laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal skills and possess strong leadership skills
Good initiative, resourceful and meticulous
Good command of spoken and written English
Responsibilities
Manage overall human resources spectrum (compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee welfare, training and development, recruitment and selection, payroll management)
Collaborate with the Management to provide HR solutions, focused on driving the success of the organization
Align HR policies, system, structures and work processes to the strategic business goals
Ensure that HR policies are in compliance to the Singapore labor legislations and regulations
Review HR policies to ensure relevance and competitiveness
Perform strategic HR planning with the Management to meet challenging business and operations requirements
Conduct periodic performance management exercise, compensation and salary structure and competitiveness review
Provide management with professional advice on key HR issues
Handle HR management reporting
