Job Title:Accounts Assistant (Partial / Perm / 5 Days)
Responsibilities:
*Ensuring invoices are being processed accurately and timely
*Process invoices, both internal and external vendors
*Vendor reconciliation
*Establish close follow up and clear open item account
*Prepares and support related audit schedules
*Prepares monthly accruals and prepayment
*Any other assigned duties
Requirements:
*At least 2 years of accounting experience
*Partial accounting knowledge
*Only Singaporeans or SPRs need to apply
