Responsibilities;
- To work with Manager / Senior Manager to review and improve on Sports Hub information retrieval system in view of the voluminous data and documents.
- To support project teams in the data management of key projects, ensuring proper documentation and scheduling in an organised manner.
- To verify project documentation and data contents during various stages / process of projects to facilitate handling / taking over of projects.
- To extract relevant project data / information for review, monitoring and implementation.
- To review and organise project data received and facilitate the timely commencement of scheduled major maintenance / repair works of facilities.
- To develop and implement a data management framework and system for key infrastructure projects together with the Manager / Senior Manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Building or Business Information
- 1 - 2 years' experience in construction contract administration and document control with knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Good leadership with planning and organising skills as well as interpersonal skills.
- Development of database in Microsoft Office environment

We are looking for a suitable candidate who fulfils the following requirements for a position in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board:

Responsibilities
- To support the TCM Practitioners Board in all administrative functions including general office administration, procurement and asset management;
- To be involved in a range of accounting and related activities for both the TCM Practitioners Board and the Singapore Pharmacy Council. These include processing of payments, raising of invoices, liasing with vendors and customers on payments and collection related matters, supporting of month-end and year-end closing; assisting in the annual budget cycle and regular and/or adhoc reporting;
-To carry out other duties as and when assigned by the senior officer / management

Requirements
- Possess either of the following qualifications:
(a) 'O' Level with at least 5 to 10 years of office administration and accounting experience,
or
(b) 'A' Level or Diploma from a local polytechnic, preferably in accountancy or business administration or equivalent, with at least 2 years of working experience
- Working experience in public sector and familiar with government Instruction Manual and working knowledge of government online procurement system (GeBiz) will be an added advantage
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Able to read and write simple Chinese and speak in Mandarin)
- Good initiative with good communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills, and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
