Responsibilities;

Requirements;
A good degree with two to five years of relevant experience. Knowledge of current and best practices in Management and Strategy frameworks, Human Resources, Enhancing Service and Organisation Development and/or experience in implementing and maintaining BE programmes such as the Singapore Quality Class, People Developer, Singapore Innovation Class and Singapore Service Class. Strong communications and engagement skills; results oriented.

Responsibilities

The role includes the following duties:
- Monitor and regularise standard of care practices and procedures (within the framework of policy and law) in residential institutions.
- Provide staff support on incident and crisis management, including training related matters, media management and conducting of AAR for serious/sensitive cases.
- Coordinate with various branches within the division, ensuring high operational standards and high compliance rate
- Liaise with various ministries and agencies in the incident management framework.
- Maintain a good database system and KPIs and make regular reports and presentations to senior management.
IMPORTANT: You would be expected to rotate amongst the various branches (including the Singapore Boys' Home and Singapore Girls' Home) to develop holistic competencies in the areas of rehabilitation and protection.
Requirements;
A recognised degree with related experience, preferably in operations work in incident and crisis management and enforcing operational standards. You should possess good analytical skills, is a team player, can work independently and have pleasant personality to work with all institutions, branches and other law enforcement agencies.

IMPORTANT: You would be expected to rotate amongst the various branches (including the Singapore Boys' Home and Singapore Girls' Home) to develop holistic competencies in the areas of rehabilitation and protection.
Requirements;
A degree in Social Sciences or diploma with relevant working experience. The candidate must have an interest in working with young persons in a residential setting. He or she must be a good team player and should possess good planning, interpersonal and writing skills. The candidate should also be physically fit and likes to participate in recreational activities with the youths. Working in shifts is required.
