Responsibilities
You will lead a team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, provide timely and quality deliverables to the users and manage the projects with vendors. Part of the role involves conducting consultancy sessions with the business users and providing design solutions and new business process flows for them to improve their current processes. You will also perform requirements gathering, preparation of specifications, application testing and ensure smooth roll-out of change request. You are expected to prepare tender specifications and presentations to different audience. You will also provide application support to the business users in troubleshooting and resolution of problems. Requirements
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent, with minimum 8-10 years of experience in the implementation and maintenance of SAP FI/CO modules for at least 3 project life cycles including 5 years of team lead experience. Proficiency in SAP Finance and Controlling modules is mandatory, with exposure to SAP MM/Project Systems and ABAP programming an advantage. The candidate should be familiar with projects with SAP as backend and integration with other applications, and has knowledge of other technologies such as .NET, SAP Connector and web services. The candidate is expected to possess good writing skills, strong communication and interpersonal as well as vendor management skills, has initiative in analysing problems and recommending solutions, positive work attitude and meticulous in delivering quality work.

You will also directly support MSF’s Strategic Futures Officer (SFO), and where necessary, represent MSF at the meetings of the Strategic Futures Network chaired by the Head of Civil Service.
Requirements
You must have a good Honours or Masters degree, with at least 5 years of related work and supervisory experience. You should have strong analytical, written, communication, inter-personal and project management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment is essential. A keen interest in social issues and an established habit of reading widely are advantages.

You will be working closely with various stakeholders (such as policymakers in the social sector) for this portfolio.
Requirements
You should have a good degree in statistics, data management or related fields, with at least 2 years’ working experience. You should possess strong organisational, multi-tasking and communication skills. Prior experience in data management, business analytics or statistics will be an advantage.
