Requirements;
To be a Research Specialist, a PhD degree in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, Statistics, Epidemiology or Social Work is required. The candidate should possess good research and statistical skills, effective interpersonal skills, good report writing skills, and team player qualities; prior experience in a research position and/or peer-reviewed research publications is an advantage. For the senior research specialist position, a candidate with post-doctoral fellowship and project management experience is preferred.

You must have a good Honours or Masters degree, with at least 5 years of related work and supervisory experience. You should have strong analytical, written, communication, inter-personal and project management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment is essential. A keen interest in social issues and an established habit of reading widely are advantages.
